Your privacy is our top priority. HeyBondi never shares your personal information with third parties. All data is encrypted and stored locally and securely, and you have full control over what’s shared with your loved ones.

These pages govern your HeyBondi reservation: the $9.90 reservation fee that locks in the Early Bird price for a future HeyBondi device (“Bondi”) purchase. They do not cover the device purchase itself, any subscription service, or the post-shipment warranty — those will be governed by separate terms provided to you before the $299 device payment is collected.

Who we are. “HeyBondi”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to HeyBondi Inc. “You” means the person placing a reservation or using our website.
What this document covers. These Terms govern only the $9.90 reservation fee transaction on heybondi.ai. They are not a purchase agreement for the Bondi device. Purchase of the device — including device price, warranty, returns of the device itself, and any subscription service — will be governed by a separate Purchase Agreement provided to you before the $299 device payment is collected. If you do not accept that Purchase Agreement at that time, your reservation will be canceled and your reservation fee refunded under the Refund Policy below.
The reservation. When you pay the $9.90 reservation fee, you are reserving one slot in the Founding 500 batch at the Early Bird device price of $299 (regular price $399). The $9.90 reservation fee is separate from the $299 device price and is not credited against it. Founding 500 status is limited to the first 500 paid reservations, is for personal use only, and is non-transferable. We may close or pause reservations at any time.
Founding 500 subscription benefit. As a marketing benefit of your Founding 500 reservation, two months of HeyBondi subscription service (described on heybondi.ai as having a $39 value) are included at no additional charge after your device ships. Access to and use of the subscription service, including any pricing, automatic-renewal mechanics, cancellation rights, and renewal-notice obligations beyond the included two months, will be governed by a separate Subscription Agreement provided to you before or at the time of device delivery. The Subscription Agreement is not part of these Terms; no recurring charges of any kind are authorized by these Terms.
Product descriptions. Product images, specifications, and features shown on heybondi.ai represent the current design intent and may differ from the final product. The Bondi device is still in development; materials, dimensions, software capabilities, and other details are subject to change. If any material change occurs, we will communicate it to you before the $299 device payment is collected. If you do not accept the changes at that time, your reservation will be canceled and your $9.90 reservation fee refunded in full.
Estimated shipping. Founding 500 devices are estimated to ship in October 2026. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — see the Shipping Policy.
Payments. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment, you confirm the card and billing details are yours and accurate.
Acceptable use. You agree not to: (a) misrepresent your identity or payment information; (b) attempt to disrupt the site or our services; (c) use heybondi.ai for any unlawful purpose; (d) place a reservation with the intent to resell without our written permission.
Intellectual property. All site content — including logos, product imagery, copy, and the Bondi name — is owned by HeyBondi or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyBondi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your reservation. Our total liability for any claim related to your reservation will not exceed the greater of (i) $208.90 or (ii) the total amount you have actually paid us. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, labor disruption, supply chain failure, regulatory action, or carrier failure.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies below) are the entire agreement between you and HeyBondi regarding your reservation. They supersede any prior communications on the same subject.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your reservation without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Notices. We will send legal notices to the email address on your order. You may send legal notices to us at info@heybondi.ai.
Survival. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive termination of these Terms.
Changes. We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your reservation, we will email you at the address on your order before it takes effect. Continued use of heybondi.ai after an update means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Notice at collection. When you place a reservation, browse heybondi.ai, or contact us, we collect the personal information categories described below. We collect this information directly from you, from your device (cookies, analytics), and from our payment processor.

We do not collect: biometric information, precise geolocation, sensitive personal information (SPI), health data, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, genetic data, or any category targeted at children under 13.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of Meta and similar advertising pixels may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the website footer, or by sending Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser — which we will honor as a valid opt-out request.

To exercise these rights, email info@heybondi.ai with the subject “Privacy Request” from the email address on your order. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable by another 45 days if needed (with notice to you), per CCPA §1798.130.
We may send occasional product updates to the email on your order. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the email or by writing to info@heybondi.ai. Transactional emails (receipts, shipping notices) will continue regardless. Per the CAN-SPAM Act, our valid physical mailing address is:
heybondi.ai uses cookies for: (a) strictly necessary functions (session, checkout, security); (b) analytics (GA4); (c) advertising/measurement (Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel). Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default; you may turn either off at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer, and your choice is remembered on future visits. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “Do Not Sell or Share” request and turn advertising off automatically.
HeyBondi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use industry-standard safeguards — HTTPS, Stripe tokenization, restricted internal access. No system is 100% secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
heybondi.ai is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. We currently sell only to US addresses (see Shipping Policy).
Material changes will be emailed to you and posted at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Your $9.90 reservation fee is 100% refundable until your device ships.
You can cancel your HeyBondi reservation and get a full refund of your $9.90 reservation fee at any time before your device leaves our warehouse. No questions, no fees.
How to request a refund. Email info@heybondi.ai with the subject “Refund request” from the email on your order. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our reply.
If we’ve already charged the $299 device payment. We typically collect the $299 device payment 2–4 weeks before shipping. If you cancel after that charge but before your device ships, we refund both the $9.90 reservation fee and the $299 device payment in full.
Returns after the device ships will be governed by the separate Purchase Agreement provided to you at the time of the $299 device payment.
If we delay shipping. If the shipping window moves more than 30 days past the originally promised delivery date (per the FTC Mail Order Rule), you may cancel for a full refund of everything you’ve paid, at any time during the delay.
If we cancel a batch. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason (manufacturing, regulatory, or business), we will refund 100% of everything you have paid — reservation fee and any device payment — automatically.
Founding 500 status. Canceling your reservation forfeits your Founding 500 spot. If you re-order later, you re-enter at the then-current price.
Estimated ship date. Founding 500 devices are estimated to ship in October 2026. This is our best current estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date — hardware schedules can shift due to manufacturing, supply chain, or certification timelines.
FTC 30-day notice. Consistent with the FTC Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if we cannot ship within 30 days of the originally promised delivery date, we will notify you of the delay, give you a revised shipping date, and offer you the option to either (a) consent to the delay or (b) cancel your order for a full refund of everything you’ve paid.
Paying the device price. Approximately 2–4 weeks before your batch ships, we will email you to collect the $299 device payment, present the separate Purchase Agreement, and confirm your shipping address. The $299 is separate from the $9.90 reservation fee you already paid — it is not reduced by it. If we cannot collect the device payment, you decline the Purchase Agreement, or we cannot reach you within 30 days, your reservation may be released to the next person on the waitlist, with a full refund of your $9.90 reservation fee.
Where we ship. At launch, HeyBondi ships to the United States (50 states + DC). We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping cost. US shipping is included in the Founding 500 price.
Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email info@heybondi.ai within 30 days of the delivery scan. We will work with the carrier and either replace your unit or issue a refund.
