You’ll pay a $9.90 reservation fee today. In November 2026, about a month before shipping, you’ll get an email to complete the separate $299 device payment, with 14 days to pay. The reservation fee is not credited toward the device price. Shipping is currently estimated for December 2026.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
Your $9.90 reservation fee is fully refundable before your device ships. To request a refund, email info@heybondi.ai from the email address used for your reservation.
My parents aren’t tech-savvy. Is it simple to use?
We designed HeyBondi with a zero-learning-curve philosophy. For your parents, there are no menus to navigate, no passwords to remember, and no complex systems to master. Because HeyBondi is a long-term companion rather than a traditional tech tool, your parents don’t have to learn how to use it. They simply respond to it as naturally as they would to a friend or a cherished family memory.
Who sets it up, and what do I need to do?
You do, from your phone. If you like, add 20–50 family photos before Bondi ships so it arrives already knowing your family. This is optional, and you can add photos anytime. At your parents’ home, just plug it in and connect it to Wi‑Fi, and it’s ready. There are no menus or passwords for them to learn.
Is a membership required?
No. Bondi works without one. Unlimited photo storage and sharing, long-term family memory, asking Bondi anything without limits, and reminders are all free. Founder Edition includes 3 months of Membership, which adds Bondi’s proactive help. After that it’s $9.90 a month, your Founder price locked for life (regular price $14.90 a month). Cancel anytime.
Will my data stay private?
Yes. Bondi has no camera. Your family’s photos and conversations are encrypted and private to your family. We never sell or share your personal information.
How is HeyBondi different from other smart photo frames?
Most smart frames are passive. They show photos, then stop there.
HeyBondi goes further. It uses photos as a starting point for real family connection — helping your parents remember, talk, laugh, and share stories in a way that feels natural.
